We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 businesss days if the item is defective, damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
After you have contacted customer service and communicated your concern, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you still have not received your refund please contact us at shop@vigoroncacao.com.
