Shipping Policy

Vigoron Cacao Foods is delighted to ship our specialty products to customers within the United States and Puerto Rico. Here's how our shipping works:  

• Within Florida: Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 1–2 business days after shipping.

• Outside Florida: Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping.

All shipping rates are determined online by the respective shipping provider.

• Shipping Restrictions: Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time. Additionally, certain areas in Alaska are not serviceable due to dry ice restrictions. To confirm whether we can ship to your location, please contact our support team with your zip code.  

• Processing Times: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order, as all our products are made fresh. Delivery dates at checkout provide an approximate delivery date but this may vary depending on availability. Orders placed after 12 pm are processed the next business day.  

• Tracking Information: Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number. This allows you to stay informed about shipping times and the expected arrival of your package. 

• Weekly Shipping Schedule: To preserve freshness, orders placed from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays, depending on availability. Orders will not be shipped on holidays, and shipments will be adjusted accordingly to the next available shipping day.

• Addresses: A street address is required to complete your order, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or lockers due to the perishable nature of our products. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting payment. Vigoron Cacao Foods is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses or damage to products caused during transit due to these inaccuracies.  We recommend using a residential address to avoid potential delays, as commercial addresses may not receive weekend deliveries. If you live in a gated community, please provide your gate code on the address line to ensure prompt delivery. 

• Weather Delays: Inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally delay shipments. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Vigoron Cacao Foods is not responsible for delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.  

• Refrigeration Notice: To preserve peak freshness and flavor, Vigoron Cacao Foods specialty sauces are shipped refrigerated in insulated packaging with a dry ice pack. Please monitor your tracking updates closely and ensure that you refrigerate your order immediately upon delivery. The dry ice may evaporate during transit—this is normal—but your sauces will not spoil during shipment. Simply refrigerate promptly upon arrival.
