Started in 2018 in Miami, Florida, Vigorón Cacao is a unique brand of specialty homestyle sauces, blending tradition and innovation to create a fusion of unique flavors from Nicaragua and the world. You can find us at farmer’s markets and locally owned supermarkets throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Our products are always made with the freshest ingredients and produced in small batches to preserve quality and taste. 

Like our grandmothers before us, we believe food should be made with love and passion. Our flavors originate from family recipes passed down through generations. What we’ve done is taken these traditional Nicaraguan ingredients and made them our own creating a line of one of a kind sauces. Food should bring people together and nothing is more comforting than a home cooked meal. Our sauces are meant to enhance this experience, while keeping tradition alive in a new era.
