Try this recipe for your next party or get-together! 


Tortillas (buy the 'Street Tacos' style which are smaller)
Queso Fresco or Mozzarella (if you can't find it in the 'latino' section at your supermarket)
Canola Oil 
Chile Criollo

How to: 
Cut cheese into thin slices and place in the center of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half and press edges with dampened fingers to seal it. Pan fry (or deep fry) quesadillas in about one inch of hot oil, turning once or twice until they turn golden brown on both sides and gets crispy. Once cooked place on a rack or on plate with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with a side of Vigorón Cacao Chile Criollo for a spicy kick!
