Ingredients:
2 Small Hass Avocado
1/4 Red Onion
1/2 Lime
Handful of Chopped Cilantro
1 Tsp of Salt
2 Tbsp Chile Criollo
How To:
1. Cut the avocado into medium sized pieces.
2. Julienne the red onion and mix with the avocado.
3. Add lime juice, Chile Criollo, salt, and cilantro, mixing gently.
4. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil for added richness.
