
Chimichurri Hummus
This ultra-light and creamy hummus is elevated with our vibrant Chimichurri. It's a quick, vegan-friendly dip that packs a punch of flavor and is perfect for veggies, crackers, or wraps.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove (or more, to taste)
¼ teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
*Optional: 1–2 tablespoons mayonnaise (for extra creaminess)
How To:
1. In a food processor or blender, blend chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and salt until smooth.
2. Add mayo if desired, and blend again for a richer, creamier texture.
3. Transfer to a bowl and top with Vigorón Cacao Chimichurri for a bold, herbaceous finish.
4. Enjoy anytime with your favorite chips or veggies!
