 
          🌶️ Spicy Salmon Carpaccio
Delicate slices of fresh salmon meet a bold kick of heat in this vibrant Salmon Carpaccio, elevated by our signature Chile Criollo. This dish balances buttery richness with a fiery finish—perfect as a light starter or a show-stopping centerpiece for your next gathering.
Mango Chutney 
- 1 med mango 
- 1 small lime 
- handful chopped cilantro 
- 1 tbsp Chile Criollo 
Salmon Carpaccio 
- 4 oz smoked salmon 
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp capers 
- 1 tbsp Chile Criollo 
- drizzle of olive oil 
How to:
1. Prep the Chutney — To make your chutney peel & dice your mango, then mix with rest of ingredients.
2. Assemble – On your serving dish, plate the chutney in the middle, then decorate with your smoked salmon.
3. Garnish – Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add along with capers and drizzle of olive oil.
4. Finishing Touch – For the final touch garnish with more Chile Criollo!
